Aiming to provide the most efficient and secure environment for your servers, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on February 17th, 2022, in Miami - starting at 22:00, Miami Time. The maintenance window is 5 hours; however, we expect it to be over as soon as possible.

On the aforementioned date, your server will be turned off, and no action is necessary on your side. This procedure is required because we are migrating cabinets. The current cabinet does not provide enough power for expansion and it is at its limit, this procedure is to avoid any future unexpected downtime.

This long maintenance timeframe is required because the devices are going to be moved from one cabinet to another. All the cables will need to be re-run. We will double-check everything to make sure that the services will have no issues upon getting back on.
