During this maintenance period, we will be migrating the panel to a much more powerful server in order to meet the ever-growing needs of our user base. Our primary goal is to provide you with an even better experience and ensure that our services continue to meet and exceed your expectations.

While we understand that any downtime can be inconvenient, we want to assure you that the impact will be minimal. There may be a short period of downtime during the switch on the panel only, but please rest assured that no customer servers will be affected, and they will all remain online. We have taken every precaution to make this transition as seamless as possible.

The maintenance is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM UTC+2 and is expected to conclude at approximately 2:00 PM UTC+2, or possibly earlier. We understand the importance of your time and will work diligently to complete the process as swiftly as possible.

To keep you informed throughout the process, we will be posting regular updates when necessary on this page. Our team will be closely monitoring the progress to ensure as much information as possible is available to you at all times.

We are excited to inform you that we will be making significant improvements to our web hosting infrastructure to enhance the performance and reliability of our services. The following changes will be implemented:

1. Change of Domain for Control Panel Access:
The domain for accessing the control panel will be updated from gamma.web.nodeid.net to gamma.web.graphicaluserinterface.net. The maintenance for this change will be completed today by 21:00 UTC+2. During the change, the control panel will be temporarily unavailable for a few minutes. We assure you that there will be no further downtime apart from this brief period.

Make sure to access the control panel from the new URL starting tomorrow!

2. DNS Service Discontinuation and Migration:
To improve performance and compliance with data regulations, we will be migrating all DNS services to locations within the European Union. As part of this migration, the old DNS cluster consisting of ns1 and ns2 nodes will be replaced with a new cluster consisting of four nodes located across geographically diverse locations at multiple providers. This upgrade will ensure enhanced redundancy and faster response times for your domains.

The new DNS servers to be used are as follows:

hedgehog.eu.domainresolver.net (2.58.57.186) - Amsterdam, Netherlands
bear.eu.domainresolver.net (162.19.241.180) - Frankfurt, Germany
rooster.eu.domainresolver.net (162.19.79.78) - Gravelines, France
stork.eu.domainresolver.net (146.59.126.118) - Warsaw, Poland

Please note that the old DNS servers (ns1 and ns2) will be decommissioned by the 1st of August. We do not anticipate any downtime during the DNS migration. However, to ensure uninterrupted service, we kindly request all customers currently using our NS servers to add at least two of the new nameservers to their domains now. This proactive step will prevent any potential downtime during the migration process.

Once the migration is complete, we recommend adding the remaining two NS servers to your domains and removing the old ones. By doing so, you will guarantee 100% website uptime during the maintenance period and ensure seamless operations on your end.

The decision to carry out this maintenance was prompted by the increasing load on our existing DNS servers, which led us to seek a scalable and efficient solution. By launching a new DNS cluster with geographically dispersed nodes, we can improve the reliability and response times of our DNS services, providing you with a better overall web hosting experience.
