Dear valued customers,
We would like to inform you that we will be conducting scheduled maintenance on August 3rd to enhance the performance and reliability of our Fusion Virtual Server control panel.
During this maintenance period, we will be migrating the panel to a much more powerful server in order to meet the ever-growing needs of our user base. Our primary goal is to provide you with an even better experience and ensure that our services continue to meet and exceed your expectations.
While we understand that any downtime can be inconvenient, we want to assure you that the impact will be minimal. There may be a short period of downtime during the switch on the panel only, but please rest assured that no customer servers will be affected, and they will all remain online. We have taken every precaution to make this transition as seamless as possible.
The maintenance is scheduled to start at **10:00 AM UTC+2** and is expected to conclude at approximately **2:00 PM UTC+2**, or possibly earlier. We understand the importance of your time and will work diligently to complete the process as swiftly as possible.
To keep you informed throughout the process, we will be posting regular updates when necessary on this page. Our team will be closely monitoring the progress to ensure as much information as possible is available to you at all times.
We sincerely thank you for your understanding and commitment while we continuously upgrade our services. Your support and patience during this maintenance period are highly valued, and we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

We are excited to inform you that we will be making significant improvements to our web hosting infrastructure to enhance the performance and reliability of our services. The following changes will be implemented:
**1. Change of Domain for Control Panel Access:**
The domain for accessing the control panel will be updated from `gamma.web.nodeid.net` to `gamma.web.graphicaluserinterface.net`. The maintenance for this change will be completed **today by 21:00 UTC+2**. During the change, the control panel will be temporarily unavailable for a few minutes. We assure you that there will be no further downtime apart from this brief period.
**Make sure to access the control panel from the new URL starting tomorrow!**
**2. DNS Service Discontinuation and Migration:**
To improve performance and compliance with data regulations, we will be migrating all DNS services to locations within the European Union. As part of this migration, the old DNS cluster consisting of ns1 and ns2 nodes will be replaced with a new cluster consisting of four nodes located across geographically diverse locations at multiple providers. This upgrade will ensure enhanced redundancy and faster response times for your domains.
The new DNS servers to be used are as follows:
`hedgehog.eu.domainresolver.net` (2.58.57.186) - Amsterdam, Netherlands
`bear.eu.domainresolver.net` (162.19.241.180) - Frankfurt, Germany
`rooster.eu.domainresolver.net` (162.19.79.78) - Gravelines, France
`stork.eu.domainresolver.net` (146.59.126.118) - Warsaw, Poland
Please note that the old DNS servers (ns1 and ns2) will be decommissioned **by the 1st of August**. We do not anticipate any downtime during the DNS migration. However, to ensure uninterrupted service, we kindly request all customers currently using our NS servers to add at least two of the new nameservers to their domains now. This proactive step will prevent any potential downtime during the migration process.
Once the migration is complete, we recommend adding the remaining two NS servers to your domains and removing the old ones. By doing so, you will guarantee 100% website uptime during the maintenance period and ensure seamless operations on your end.
The decision to carry out this maintenance was prompted by the increasing load on our existing DNS servers, which led us to seek a scalable and efficient solution. By launching a new DNS cluster with geographically dispersed nodes, we can improve the reliability and response times of our DNS services, providing you with a better overall web hosting experience.
Customers impacted can expect communication with more information about maintenance to keep you informed and prepared. We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause and acknowledge that DNS changes can be demanding. Rest assured, our team is committed to minimizing any impact on your services and providing the necessary support during this transition.
If you have any concerns or require assistance with the changes, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@simpliservers.com.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work towards offering you a more robust and efficient web hosting experience.
Best regards,
IT Team @ SimpliServers.

Dear Valued Customers,
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best hosting experience possible, we are excited to announce significant upgrades to our VPS hosting nodes in the United States and France.
In our constant endeavor to enhance performance and optimize your hosting environment, we have recently completed a deployment of new AMD Ryzen hardware which will replace older generation Xeon E5 CPUs. More powerful AMD Ryzen 5600X (in the United States) and 5800X (in France) processors bring a substantial boost to the single-core performance (over 40%+) of your VPS, resulting in faster response times and improved overall system responsiveness. Additionally, new servers come with the option to enable Gaming specific DDoS protection filters by contacting support and feature the latest 4th generation NVMe SSD disks.
We understand the importance of uninterrupted service, and we want to assure you that we have taken every precaution to minimize any impact during this migration process. While we anticipate a brief period of downtime during the IP migration, we do not expect any other service outages. Importantly, your IP addresses **will remain unchanged**. The only downtime associated with IP change is the time required for routing tables to update across the data center and bind to new servers, which should have minimal impact on your service.
We are also performing this upgrade free of charge for current customers. Your paying price will remain the same.
Our team will be diligently managing this migration, ensuring a seamless transition to the upgraded infrastructure. We will closely monitor the process and work diligently to minimize any inconvenience caused during this maintenance. More information about the estimated time frame will follow soon.
We value your partnership and appreciate your understanding and patience during this upgrade. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this migration, please do not hesitate to contact our support team, who will be more than happy to assist you.
Thank you for your continued trust in our services. We are committed to delivering exceptional performance and reliability, and we believe these upgrades will contribute significantly to your hosting experience.
Best regards, Matic

At SimpliServers, we are committed to providing you with the best possible hosting experience. As part of this commitment, we are always improving our offerings and making sure that our infrastructure is up and running without any problems. This time we are improving our networking even further.
We would like to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our VPS hosting systems over the weekend (the 25th and 26th of February). The maintenance is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM CEST on Saturday, February 25th, and is expected to last until 22:00 CEST on Sunday, February 26th. This maintenance will be performed as a rolling update, meaning not all servers will be impacted at the same time, nor will they be impacted for a whole period.
During this maintenance window, we will be implementing a new networking setup and standardizing the hardware across all nodes. We would like to reassure you that we do not expect any major downtime during this maintenance period. However, there may be brief periods of up to 5 minutes per server, only to ensure that all configurations are updated correctly.
We are also pleased to announce that with the new networking setup, we will be able to assign IPv4s and IPv6s much faster without extended delays like before since manual intervention will no longer be required. This will significantly reduce the time required for IP assignments and VPS migrations, making the process smoother and more efficient for all of our customers.
We would like to emphasize that low-impact maintenance such as this is necessary to keep our infrastructure running optimally and provide you with the best possible hosting experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe that these upgrades are necessary to improve the overall performance and reliability of our hosting systems. We will be working diligently to minimize any disruption to your services during this maintenance window.
Please feel free to contact our support team if you have any questions or concerns about the scheduled maintenance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation..

At SimpliServers, we are committed to providing the very best hosting performance to all our customers. As part of this commitment, we constantly monitor the performance of our servers and listen to customer feedback to ensure that we are providing the best possible service.
Recently, we noticed some unusual performance patterns on one of our web hosting nodes, and as a result, we have decided to upgrade the server to ensure that our customers continue to enjoy the best possible performance.
The scheduled maintenance will begin on February 18, 2023, at 10:00 CEST and will last for approximately 24 hours. During this time, we will be performing instant account migrations to new servers. We will make sure to minimize any downtime. We want to assure you that your data will be safe and that there will be no data loss during the migration process.
Please note that there will be an IP change for both shared and dedicated IP customers. Customers who have DNS with us do not need to do anything as we will take care of the updates. However, customers with custom DNS servers will need to update their records manually. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and our support team will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. If you use a custom DNS and a shared IP address, please update your DNS to point to "87.98.153.223". For customers with custom DNS and dedicated IP addresses, we will reach out personally with new IP information.
At SimpliServers, we are committed to providing the best possible service and support to our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance window.

We are informing you about the scheduled shutoff of the VPS panel infrastructure during the maintenance of the underlying infrastructure where the node is present. The rack where the host system is located needs to be de-energized for further maintenance. This is done to ensure the safety of datacenter engineers.
Because the host system will be powered off, this will result in the control panel reporting as unavailable. We do not expect any outage on the VPSes themselves, however, during the 6-hour period which we blocked for this maintenance, your virtual server(s) won't be controllable via the control panel.
We suggest completing any important actions before the maintenance or manually logging into the server via the SSH console..

At Simpli we heavily invest in monitoring, maintenance, and server systems to ensure the best performance on current hardware. When a node is approaching "End Of Life" (usually 2 years after initial deployment) we look into ways how can we replace it. We deploy new equipment to give our clients a performance boost and keep on track with the latest industry standards.
During this maintenance, we are upgrading our FR-WHC-0001 which served us well with almost 100% uptime (99.9974% to be exact) since the 9th of June 2020. The server will be upgraded in all aspects. The CPU will be upgraded from the 2.00 GHz to the 3.00+ GHz model (66% increase), DDR4 RAM will be replaced with a higher clocked version, and SATA SSD disks will be replaced with M.2 NVMe SSD disks, resulting in an estimated 4-6x performance gain and lastly, we will quadruple the server port speed from 250mbps to 1000mbps. The upgrade will also include DNS server upgrades, however, we don't expect major performance boosts there, primarily the redundancy improvements.
The improvements don't end here. With the new server, we will install the latest cPanel version, and make any necessary changes on the software side to provide an even better experience. Additionally, we will revamp our web hosting plans fully to provide more resources, backups, and features.
The maintenance is scheduled to take place on Thursday 15th of September, beginning at 10:00 CEST. Before the maintenance starts, we will step in contact with each client individually and assist with the migration of new files, DNS, and any other data to the new host system in order to minimize downtime down to minutes instead of days.
We have scheduled this maintenance for 48 hours to ensure everything goes as planned, however, we do not anticipate backup operations to be impacted for the whole time. The upgrade will be carried out as a rolling upgrade, meaning the impacted clients will be migrated at an agreed time throughout the maintenance window and not only at the start. You can be assured that we are doing everything possible to reduce the impact on customers.
In the upcoming days following backup server maintenance we will reach out to clients to schedule and prepare for the migration. For any questions, we encourage you to open a ticket or contact us through any official support communication channels..

We are planning to perform a "follow-up" maintenance on our DNS clusters. The maintenance is scheduled to take place on Friday 16th of September, beginning at 10:00 CEST, and will last up to 6 hours. We expect impact to be minimal.
During this maintenance, we are going to be upgrading our DNS clusters and adding extra capacity to the stack. This means, that if you are using our DNS service, that you will need to update the NS records. We have already contacted the clients who rely on our DNS servers for their websites, so if you haven't received an email from us regarding additional migration steps, then your websites remain unaffected.
Even though we are small, we are proud to provide one of the industry-leading web hosting experiences. With the upgraded hardware, newest software, and many other benefits, we continue to ensure that your websites run smoothly without problems. We are thankful that you choose us as your main service provider.

To guarantee that our clients always receive the best experience, we sometimes upgrade our software. This time, we are updating Jetbackup 4, our web hosting backup tool, to Jetbackup 5, which is the most recent version. New JetBackup Core, Backup Structure, and Engine are all introduced in JetBackup 5. Because of this, backups created with JetBackup 4 ARE NOT COMPATIBLE with JetBackup 5 and ***WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED***. Clients who want to keep any previous backups must submit a ticket **before** the maintenance period begins so that we can manually restore them.
The maintenance is scheduled to take place on Thursday 8th of September, beginning at 10:00 CEST. Old backups won't be available beyond this point. No website is anticipated to experience outage, however since the backup platform won't be ready until after the maintenance window, automated backups won't be finished. Users are encouraged to manually backup their data to their local computers or open a support case.
We have scheduled this maintenance for 24 hours to ensure everything goes as planned, however, we do not anticipate backup operations to be impacted for the whole time. You can be assured that we are doing everything possible to reduce the impact on customers.
We have reached out to every client individually, thus if you want to keep any old backups, please let us know so that we can generate that for you. We are available for any questions over our official support methods..

Aiming to provide the most efficient and secure environment for your servers, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on February 17th, 2022, in Miami - starting at 22:00, Miami Time. The maintenance window is 5 hours; however, we expect it to be over as soon as possible.
On the aforementioned date, your server will be turned off, and no action is necessary on your side. This procedure is required because we are migrating cabinets. The current cabinet does not provide enough power for expansion and it is at its limit, this procedure is to avoid any future unexpected downtime.
This long maintenance timeframe is required because the devices are going to be moved from one cabinet to another. All the cables will need to be re-run. We will double-check everything to make sure that the services will have no issues upon getting back on. .
