The hardware NIC was replaced without downtime. We are evaluating the replacement now.

We will now perform physical network NIC replacement on the node. This will cause servers to loose internet for a few minutes.

The software update has been completed. VMs are starting back up. Once we have more information, we will schedule hardware NIC replacement.

One of the newly deployed VPS servers requires software and hardware update of the NIC. We will perform a short hardware reboot on the US-VPS-0005 node, to apply software updates, with possible hardware upgrades as well.

The NIC upgrade will further improve network performance.

We are happy to inform you that EU servers have been migrated fully as well and that the whole maintenance has been completed successfully. For any questions or problems, please contact support.

More powerful AMD Ryzen 5600X (in the United States) and 5800X (in France) processors bring a substantial boost to the single-core performance (over 40%+) of your VPS, resulting in faster response times and improved overall system responsiveness. Additionally, new servers come with the option to enable Gaming specific DDoS protection filters by contacting support and feature the latest 4th generation NVMe SSD disks.

We understand the importance of uninterrupted service, and we want to assure you that we have taken every precaution to minimize any impact during this migration process. While we anticipate a brief period of downtime during the IP migration, we do not expect any other service outages. Importantly, your IP addresses will remain unchanged. The only downtime associated with IP change is the time required for routing tables to update across the data center and bind to new servers, which should have minimal impact on your service.

We are also performing this upgrade free of charge for current customers. Your paying price will remain the same.
